Dietary Guidelines
Eat liberally of combinations of protein and fat in the form of poultry, fish, shellfish, eggs and red meat,
as well as pure, natural fat in the form of butter, mayonnaise, olive oil, safflower, sunflower and other
vegetable oils (preferably expeller-pressed or cold-pressed). Carbohydrates are limited to 20 - 50
grams per day depending on the High Protein/Low Carbohydrate diet or phase of dieting you are following.
General Recommendations
- Meat, poultry, fish and seafood items can be enjoyed.
- Salad greens, steamed broccoli, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles can be ordered based on your available carbohydrates for the day.
- Burgers can be eaten without bun or french fries or "salt n' pepper" onion rings.
- Sauces and dressings that can be used include House, Ranch, Basil-vinaigrette, Olive Oil and Vinegar Dressings and Lemon Butter.
Salads
Dressings to select: House, Ranch, Basil-vinaigrette, Blue Cheese and Olive Oil and Vinegar. Add MaytagTM blue cheese if desired.
- The Wedge - Order without tomato.
- Caesar Salad, Grilled Chicken Caesar or Cedar Plank Salmon Caesar - Order without croutons.
- The "Big Sky" Cobb Salad - Order without tomatoes, scallions and croutons.
- Grilled Salad - Order without tomatoes and croutons. Any topping can be enjoyed.
- House Salad - Order without tomatoes and croutons.
Blue Plate Specials
- Roasted "Beer Can" Chicken - Order without mashed potatoes. Order
broccoli, asparagus or green beans steamed. Can add Caesar or Wedge as above.
- Slow-Roasted Pork - Order without mashed potatoes. Order broccoli,
asparagus or green beans steamed. Can add Caesar or Wedge as above.
Burgers and Brick Chicken
Order all without bun. Based on carbohydrate count, order without tomato or onion. Can use
mayonnaise liberally. * Items contain cheese - order based on individual carbohydrate count.
